Shipping Australia

All Australian domestic orders are shipped using e-parcel, a registered freight service offered by Australia Post. You may be required to sign for your parcel upon delivery. If signature is required, yet no one available to sign for your parcel, it will be left at the nearest post office for collection. Australia post will not honor special instructions to leave the parcel unattended at the delivery address. Please note orders can not be delivered to a PO box. We offer:

•Standard delivery (1-5 business days)
•Express delivery

We recommend providing a daytime address where someone will be available to sign between 9am-6pm, Monday - Friday.

Shipping Charges

All orders to the value of $100 and over will be shipped free of charge by standard e-parcel. If you wish to use a different shipping method for orders over the value of $100 you will be required to pay the full shipping fee for that service.

•Standard delivery: $10
•Express (if available): $15

You may be requested to pay further shipping charges in instances whereby you have requested a change in shipping address or delivery time.

Shipping Time

STANDARD: All orders placed before 12pm on weekdays will be processed and shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm on weekdays will be processed and shipped on the next business day. Orders placed on a weekend day will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day. Once dispatched, standard e-parcel provides we dash love customers with a 2-3 business day delivery service within metropolitan areas, however, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for locations outside of metropolitan areas and up to business 5 days for western Australia.

EXPRESS: Orders shipped by express e-parcel can be expected to arrive within 1 business day for metropolitan areas and up to 2 business days for non-metropolitan areas and western Australia.

International Delivery

International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.

Please note that in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.
